Returns Policy

Cocco's Gourmet Chocolates offers the following returns policy:

In our effort to comply with FDA regulations on Bioterrorism, we cannot accept returns on any food product. These regulations are designed to insure a clear, traceable path on all food items from producer to consumer. If we accepted returns and placed the item back into inventory, this path would be broken. We thank you for your understanding and we regret any inconvenience this may entail.

Shipping

Delivery is available in the USA only, and quoted rates are for the 48 contiguous states. If you choose to ship other than the recommended method we CANNOT guarantee your shipment.

We will only ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday so your order will not be in transit over the weekend. Overnight shipments can be shipped on Thursdays. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Choose a shipping address where someone will definitely be there to accept the package. Consider shipping to your work place. If the package needs to be re-delivered due to someone not being there on the delivery date, we CANNOT be responsible for the condition of the chocolate. We are not responsible for shipping addresses entered incorrectly. Any additional costs incurred due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING is required above 70 degree F. Chocolates melting point is about 100 degree F although softening occurs at about 80 degree F. Given chocolates reaction to warmth and heat, special care must be taken when shipping chocolate during the summer months (or heat waves). Cold packs along with special insulation will be added to insure your chocolate arrives in good condition. The cost is $5.00. We highly recommend that you choose to ship overnight for areas requiring greater than 24 hours ground delivery.

SAVE ON SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS: Consider ordering more product as shipping/handling costs become more reasonable and cost less per box.
