Cocco's Gourmet Chocolates offers the following Returns Policy:

Cocco's Gourmet Chocolates insures that your chocolate is of the highest quality and made fresh. Our chocolate and confections are never sitting on a shelf.
We'll take the utmost care to insure your chocolate order arrives safe.

In our effort to comply with FDA regulations on Bio-terrorism, we cannot accept returns on any food product. These regulations are designed to insure a clear, traceable path on all food items from producer to consumer. If we accepted returns and placed the item back into inventory, this path would be broken. We thank you for your understanding and we regret any inconvenience this may entail.

Delivery is available in the USA only, and quoted rates are for the 48 contiguous states. If you choose to ship other than the recommended method we CANNOT guarantee your shipment.
We will only ship orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so your order will not be in transit over the weekend. Overnight shipments can be shipped on Thursdays. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Choose a shipping address where someone will definitely be there to accept the package. Consider shipping to your work place. If the package needs to be re-delivered due to someone not being there on the delivery date, we CANNOT be responsible for the condition of the chocolate. We are not responsible for shipping addresses entered incorrectly. Any additional costs incurred due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.
